The Awakening Dance & Breath Ceremony
Join me on Sunday, 12/21, for a powerful evening of remembrance, release, and embodied awakening. Through sacred movement, intentional breathwork, and a soothing sound bath, we reclaim the wisdom of the body and return home to the truth within.
This ceremony is an invitation to liberate stagnant energy, awaken your life force, and soften into deeper presence. Together, we move, breathe, and rise—held in a safe, heart-centered space of healing and transformation. I can’t wait to share this sacred journey with you.
