Welcome to Ayana Spirit Medicine Sanctuary. We are honored to hold sacred space for your healing and transformation. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as participation in our offerings indicates your full understanding and agreement.

1. 

Scope of Services

 

 

Ayana Spirit Medicine Sanctuary offers holistic healing modalities including, but not limited to:

 

• Shamanic healing practices

• Sacred sound healing

• Reiki energy healing

• Guided breathwork sessions

• Plant medicine ceremonies (with sacred, ceremonial use of entheogenic plants)

 

 

These offerings are spiritual and holistic in nature and do not replace medical or psychological treatment from licensed professionals.

2. 

Participant Eligibility

 

 

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our ceremonies or healing sessions. All participants must complete a detailed intake form and health disclosure questionnaire. We reserve the right to decline participation based on health concerns, safety, or other reasons at our sole discretion.

Health & Medical Disclaimer

 

 

• Participation in plant medicine and other healing practices may involve deep physical, emotional, and energetic processes.

• You affirm that you are not currently experiencing any medical or psychiatric conditions that would interfere with participation.

• You agree to disclose all medications, supplements, and relevant health history before attending.

• You understand and accept that participation is voluntary and done at your own risk.

 

 

Note: We are not licensed medical or mental health practitioners. The services offered are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any illness.

Confidentiality

 

 

We honor your privacy. All personal information and what is shared within ceremony or private sessions will remain confidential, unless we are required by law to disclose.

 

 

 

5. 

Code of Conduct

 

 

• You agree to show up with integrity, respect, and a willingness to participate consciously.

• No alcohol or recreational drugs are to be consumed before or during our sacred offerings.

• You agree to respect others’ boundaries and the sanctity of the ceremonial space.

• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event or retreat without refund.

 

 

 

6.

Cancellation and Credit Policy

 

 

Due to the preparation and sacred energy that goes into our offerings, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance. However, we honor and understand that life happens.

 

• If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, event, or ceremony, you may receive a full credit toward a future offering.

• Credits are valid for up to 6 months from the date of the originally scheduled offering.

• To receive a credit, you must notify us in writing at least 72 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit their credit.

 

 

Thank you for understanding and honoring the commitment we make to prepare energetically and logistically for each participant.

Acknowledgement of Risk and Liability Waiver

 

 

By participating, you agree to release Ayana Spirit Medicine Sanctuary, its facilitators, guardians, and affiliates from any liability related to physical, emotional, or psychological impact incurred during or after participation.

 

You affirm that you:

 

• Fully understand the nature of the offerings.

• Accept all responsibility for your experience.

• Have voluntarily chosen to engage with full awareness.

 

 

 

 

8. 

Changes to Offerings

 

 

We reserve the right to adjust or reschedule ceremonies or events as needed due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to communicate changes promptly.

 

 

 

9. 

Intellectual Property

 

 

All materials shared during sessions (e.g., meditations, songs, teachings) remain the intellectual property of Ayana Spirit Medicine Sanctuary and may not be recorded or redistributed without written consent.

 

 

By engaging in any service or ceremony offered by Ayana Spirit Medicine Sanctuary, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
