This heart-centered afternoon is an invitation to gently release what no longer serves, reconnect with your truth, and rise into the next beautiful version of yourself. Together, we will move through guided breathwork, Reiki therapy, sacred resonance healing, sound bath, and shamanic energy releasing ceremony in a deeply nourishing and transformative container.
